ACLU Testimony on Police Reforms in Vermont

On June 11th, 2020 the ACLU of Vermont submitted testimony to the Vermont Senate Judiciary and Government Operations Committees on divesting from law enforcement to address systemic racism and support Vermont communities. The testimony comes as the legislature responds to demands by Vermonters following the brutal murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police.
