We're excited to share the ACLU of Vermont's 2017-2018 Annual Report, which details a year of civil liberties victories in Vermont, including:

  • Standing with local immigrant communities to counter the Trump administration's anti-immigrant agenda;
  • Exposing the DMV's unlawful "facial recognition" program;
  • Defending the civil rights of Vermont's homeless community.

We also highlight Smart Justice Vermont, our new statewide advocacy campaign to reduce Vermont's prison population by half.
