On February 6, the ACLU of Vermont sent this letter to Governor Phil Scott, thanking him for speaking out in opposition to President Trump's recent Executive Orders on immigration, and calling on Vermont to implement its Fair & Impartial Policing policy statewide in order to better protect the civil rights of Vermont's immigrant communities.
