Join us for Habeas 201: Bail Hearings, a CLE presentation co-hosted by Vermont Asylum Assistance Project and the ACLU of Vermont on July 31 from 3 to 4:30pm. During this virtual session, we will discuss the process of requesting release from detention on bail as a part of a habeas case in Vermont District Court.
This session is geared towards attorneys who are interested in providing legal services to immigrant detainees. Attendees will receive 1.5 CLE credits, and the Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 days prior to the presentation.
